How long does setup take?

Most teams see their first events within ten minutes. Warehouse connection is a credentials form; the snippet is one copy-paste.

Do I need to know SQL?

No. The query builder covers the questions teams ask daily. If you do know SQL, you can drop into it and back out without losing your place.

Where does my data live?

In your warehouse, always. It is read there and only aggregates are cached. We never take a full copy.

What counts as an event?

Any tracked action - a pageview, a click, a server-side call. The Monday digest and your invoice both use the same count, so there are no surprises.

Can I export everything?

Yes. Every chart exports to CSV, and your event schemas are available via the API at any time. Your data is not a hostage.
